Need some repairs!

Hello. We recently bought a caravan and have just had it serviced. We have been advised that we have damp in 3 small areas - both rear end corners & next to the dinette window. We just need them re-sealing. We have been quoted £300 all in. Does this sound
reasonable? We are in the east midlands. Thanks
