Cancelling a CL booking...

We were booked to arrive on a CL (4 nights) this afternoon, but because of unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel.

I tried ringing the CL yesterday, but there was no reply.  I then emailed them to explain the circumstances and to apologise for the late cancellation.  I haven't had a reply acknowledging the cancellation.  I have tried ringing again, but no reply.

Not sure what else to do?
