Braithwaite Fold

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place as this is now a C&CC site.  We are members of both clubs, but were surprised to receive a lovely post card this morning from Braithwaite Fold asking if we would like to book a summer holiday with them? 

The card said that we could expect a very warm welcome, on a lovely site with clean washrooms guaranteed and a quiet time policy from 11pm to 7am.

Are they just being really nice ...... or are they struggling for bookings?  I find it difficult to imagine that they would be struggling, especially at Bowness- on- Windermere?
