What trade stands would you like at the National?

I noticed that some comments were made about the trade stands at the National.  Both about quality and quantity.  Whilst I think that the standard and variety of the stands has improved over the last few years, Ifeel it's time to ask the question.

What trade stands would you like to see at the National?
