Heavy Load Fridges

I've been converting my twin electrics to a 13 pin setup and fitting a relay for the fridge and battery charger. The instructions say I need to use two cables if I have a "heavy load fridge". I don't know if I have one and have found nothing, in the manual
or online, that mentions anything about heavy load fridges at all. The fridge is a Thetford Premium LCD with a model number starting with "N". I don't know the exact model number but it's in a 2012 Swift Challenger Sport.

Can anyone tell me if I need one or two wires. I'm guessing I only need one as the fridge is not that old, but it is only a guess.
