Ventura/Isabella annexes

I've acquired a pre 2009 but immaculate Ventura Atlantic awning but now need to get an annexe for it.  Ventura only seem to do tall annexes and ideally I need a sleeping annexe.  The Isabella Future looks perfect but more than the awning cost me!

Does anyone know if a current isabella annexe will fit an older Ventura?  I've seen a few adverts talking about pre-unicut but I'm not sure what that means.  I've had no clear answer from ventura.

Failing that is it possible to sew a zip onto a universal annexe?  I've never seen one in real life so not sure how they connect
