Tow bar choice

Hi everyone I have a landrover freelander 2 and are in the process of choosing a caravan but my freelander does not have a tow bar, I would like a detachable one if possible (I had looked at a witter one) so it's not in the way when not in use any advice
on choice of tow bar electrics etc would be much aporeciated
