Hi everyone

We have two instances of essential maintenance planned for next week to allow us to upgrade our systems. The times are:

Monday 21 March: 7am to 8am

Tuesday 22 March: 6.30am to 8.30am

During this time you will not be able to log in, make bookings or obtain insurance quotes - although as some of you have found in the past, if you're logged in to Club Together before the maintenance starts then you might still be able to post as normal.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Danielle

I wonder what would happen if we got EVERYBODY to log out for a while.  I suspect the site might never recover.

Well it's "web-site" maintenance just like the banks and others do. Looking forward to a whole new CC web site in May, hope it appears on time.Smile

All sites require maintenance, I think it is more likely that you missed it and they did not tell you about it. It is only recently that they have been so upfront on CT.

Perhaps while you are at it, you could look at the app and get it to return 'NO FACILITIES' CLs when it is asked for? When I ask for 'No Facilities or 'None' as it says on the app I am presented with sites with all sorts of facilities including EHUs showers
and the like -  No! I want NO facilities! Why put the option when you don't fulfil the request? I know you're trying your best but it is a teeny weeny bit annoying! Thanks

I'd forgotten that it was supposed to be down for maintainence. No 'insider dealing' I do assure you.

    ....next week

    is now ...this week

and will soon be ...last week.

Please can you be specific in the title when posting these notices to avoid ambiguity?

"Planned website and app maintenance Monday 21st and Tues 22nd March"

would have been far more helpful.

    Thank you.
