New Sale of Goods and Services Act from today 01/1

I am sure that many members are now aware of the new Sale of Goods act from today. In a nutshell if you buy a new or used caravan , motorhome or anything that is faulty you do not have to accept a repair and you are entitled to a refund. Hopefully (Am I
being to hopeful) that the caravan industry will finally improve quality control and or pre delivery inspection otherwise they may be giving out a lot of refunds. This only applies from today so if you bought yesterday you are covered by the old law.
