Winter Fridge Covers

We have a Dometic RMSL 8500 fridge/freezer in our Bailey. Do we need to use winter covers on the outside ventilation grills? If so which ones? I have done a search but can't really find the ones that fit as they don't seem to correspond with the model I
have. Any help would be most useful.
