Quasar 564 Bed and table

We have just taken delivery of a 2014 Lunar Quasar 564 with rear dinette. We can not get the rear bed to look or feel correct. Lunar have emailed me a plan but this does not work! Also the table in the rear dinette is VERY unsteady again Lunar just said
'have you tried the leg both ways?' We have and it is no different. We can not believe that a company like Lunar has not done its research and tried all the 'bits' but at the moment we have a bed and table in a brand new van that we can not use!!

Has anyone else bought this model and can advise us ?
