Meathop Fell

I was reading the description and reviews for Meathop as it sounded perfect for us, but then I came across a review that said that it wasn't so good for dog owners as there's no dog walk on site......

 

Is that so?  and is the dog walk near the site, not any good either?  We are torn between Meathop and Low Park.....please can someone tell me which would suit us and the terriers best?
