Springfield cl site Weymouth

We have booked 4 nights at Springfield CL  near Weymouth in July and wondered if anyone had stayed there and what they thought of it.

It looks nice and the owner was very helpful when we rang  to book. Just would like any opinions on CL and the area if possible.
