Storage at Lakeside Dulverton

Hi, I am currently at Lakeside Dulverton and have decided to store my caravan there as from now until the end of the year.
The yearly fee is approx £460 Jan to December but when I asked the wardens they said that head office would tell me how much it would cost June till Dec. and then they would write to me at end of the year to ask if I wished to renew.
As I have paid by DD and I don,t know exactly how much it will be I am a little concerned and hope some one on the forum has done part year storage. I am thinking it should cost £460 divided by 12 x 7 = £260 approx ?
