2013 Toyota RAV 4 Diesel Automatic

I have just used the matching service for the above vehicle and the results showed that the car is unsuitable for towing any caravan. Surely this cannot be correct. I wanted to tow a Bailey Unicorn Madrid but not even a lightweight caravan is suitable according
to the results. Is the Caravan Club matching service accurate or should I give up the idea of towing as I a unable to change the car?
