Just treated myself to a Bord Atlas which lists most, if not all, Stellplazt in Germany with a supplement for other countries. Unfortunately all in Germany apart from a small 'Key' section so will have to make some notes and perhaps ask for a translation!!! Seems you can download an App to an iPhone ot iPad which could be useful. I am enjoying looking through it a bit like I used to do with the Suttons Seed Catalogue years ago!!! My one concern is that all these Aires books are so heavy!!!
