Does anyone else have problems receiving the Club surveys?  (which we are signed up for).  Just received email (13th May) informing that the latest survey closes at midnight tomorrow, this is the first we've heard about it.  When accessing the survey we
get the message that the survey is closed, sorry try next time!   aaarrggh!
