Bailey Unicorn 12v system

Good afternoon.

 

I have a year old Bailey Unicorn. When the leisure battery drops below 11v, even with the mains connected (Think my charger isnt working but thats another issue) 

I lose heating pump and water pump. This seems crazy. Is anyone aware of a way of switching it all to 240v? Cant believe my van becomes useless without a full battery. Thats the whole point of mains I would have thought.

    I know this is an old post, but perhaps worth commenting. Bailey make clear that you should always have a leisure battery fitted because much of the equipment runs on 12volts, and would have to be replaced to run on 240V, at a cost of £thousands. The charger needs the battery fitted as part of its control. In this instance I'm sure that Ian got a replacement charger and everything worked again :-)
