Contracting - Caravanning and Pitches

My Husband is forced to work away from home and as such we cannot afford to keep him B&B's and Hotels. So we put our heads together and thought- hmm Caravan...... He is happy to live in one on a permanent basis away from home but needs electrical hook up!

Upon buying a van and renovating it we have now come upon a quandry of where is it going to live? We never expected (Naively) to hit the rules and regulations of Permanent pitches let alone finding available ones.

So my question is - are any available in or around Redhill Surrey? and  Do these places actually exsist?
