Bailey Unicorn - master control panel faulty readi

When we disconnected our electric cable on our last trip away, the symbol for 240v was still showing on the control panel..... it was still there when we arrived back at storage 3 hours later. Any ideas on what might be causing this?  We will talk to our
dealer but don't want to do so if it's something really simple to resolve, or a common problem!!
