What is happening to Bailey Caravans

For several months I have been trying to get a reply from Bailey Caravans with regard to recurring issues with my Pegasus van. By phone and email. Most recently I have found that I cannot talk to a customer service person and all contact has to be via e-mail.
This is apparently following instruction from new managers. My experience of such actions is normally owing to desperation and an untenable level of complaints. My experience of Bailey caravans has been historically great but with the new alutech models I
fear they have created a situation of poor quality that is not being addressed. My question to other members is have you had similar experiences contacting Bailey and have they offered any resolution that they have not delivered.
