Is Kia Sportage a good towcar

hi we have just signed for a new van  a coachman anara 2008  with a maximum laden weight of 1495  doing the calcukation aon what tow car it comes up as an evact 85% match.As we have towed for few years thats no problem so we went ahead and signed for it.
I  did a tow safe report yesterday to find exact same all good until est towbar weight  its coming up at 140% saying this combination is unsuitable. Its saying its based on 7%  of laden weight of van. does thi mean the kia is a bad towcar . We have towed a
fleetwood no problem .Why does a car like this 4 wheel drive have such a low noseweight .I have seen others towing quite large vans with the sportage
