When are we going to get a PM facility on CT

It has been noticed that there has been a number of cases where some posters have not entirely comfortable with mild differences of opinions.and having it discussed on open forum.  On any proper forum those people could have discussed and settled their discomfort
by means of a PM, privately. Just as they would if meeting face to face. I believe PM's would enhance the community spirit of CT.
