I bought one, lasted less than 12 months before the inner rubber hose split.

Thanks DD, this chaps M/H was a long way from the tap and he carried this hose to the tap and I thought " that's not long enough" ,but it just kept growing ( the hose) , and I thought that's a bit of kit for me

P.S, not curtain twitching ,but emptying my cassette ,so couldn't miss itSurprised

It seems that are different makes and prices, saw one at Argos for £49 but also on eBay for £14.99 for the same length....

There was a chap at Wells Touring Park with a MH filling up over a long distance using one of these.  Was going OK until it flew off the tap!

Some are not suitable for drinking water though... Great for watering the garden (though we are now on our second one, as the first spectacularly failed!)

I use one in the garden but we are in a low water pressure area so the hose tends to empty faster than it fills so pulls back towards the tap constantly putting pressure on the connection.

I have had 2 hoses and they both failed after just a couple of times. So, gave up and went back to an ordinary hose for washing the car.
