I have to compliment those at head office who deal with telephone enquiries. 

I have phoned a few times recently after moving house and each time the person taking the call has been very pleasant, helpful and efficient. A pleasure to speak to.

Too often people judge Head Office purely by the quality of their IT system.  But remember, there are many people doing an excellent job unassociated with the CC IT and they should receive thanks and recognition.
