Being positive and constructive I suggest the following:-  That communication between them and us could be greatly improved if Chamberlain, Lomas, Hudson, Savage and Hall were to take an active part in this forum. I'm sure there are enough interested customers on CT who could make those threads extremely interesting and informative. The general impression among many ordinary members is, rightly or wrongly, that those running the Caravan Club Business have lost touch with the needs, concerns and wishes of their customers.
