Ordered a caravan club edition of the snooper sat nav as a Christmas present by phone, the promise in the magazine advert was delivery in 3  days! When ordered was told there was a delay due to demand but that it would be with me by the Tuesday before Christmas?
Waited and waited, still no delivery put it down to heavy demand on postal services over the festive period but still no delivery, so rang today only to be told that they were out of stock and could not say when they would receive a new delivery of the snooper
S6850. Did not stop them taking payment and the only thing they could offer was a refund. not what you want to hear, anyone else had a problem with this company?
