WiFi Cards Wiped Out

I’ve read of complaints about the 6 month limit on the WiFi cards and have been caught out myself, without it being my fault, there was then a shortage of cards at Easter, I understand there’s a new Provider and they seem far from getting their act together.
At the weekend we were certain we’d logged out correctly but when we Logged In a couple of days later, we found the card had been emptied. The old system had a cut out, in case of Log Off error, so you only lost a little time, this new system will cost a lot
of members a lot of money. Also, the Logging On system with three panels is too fiddly and the Wardens have to ask for details when we buy the card, it’s not making WiFi use an easy pleasure.
