tyre foam repair

Has any one used the "tyre foam repair" in a can

the spare on my car is a space saver and the first thing in the back under every thing, thinking ahead IF i had a punchure on the motorway i would not want to have to unload every thing including the dog cage to change said tyre but to use the "can" repair
untill we could leave at the next exit and find a safe place to do the change over

any thoughts?
