What is the latest re Morn Hill (Winchester) Site?

As many of you who have stayed there have commented, this site leaves a lot to be desired. (no fault of the wardens!). I am assuming the lease must be coming up for review hence why the Club seems very reluctant to spend any money on much needed upgrades,
especially to the upper toilet block which needs knocking down and rebuilding to at least twice the size. We would love to make more use of this site when visiting family in Southampton but have been put off each time we try it, by the complete lack of any
improvements, or hardstandings. 

Any official views or comments on what is happening here and if there is likely to be any future investment?
