The Urban Caravanners

Over the 35 years I have been caravanning, caravanning holidays have been always taken in scenic natural, peaceful environs.  There is now a growing trend for some  to caravan in urban areas. 

It seems that the urban caravanners hate the countryside with it's natural beauty and have to be adjacent to road noise, shopping centres, cinemas and constant biz.          I'm not knocking it but it is not for me.

 

When and why has that happened?.
