Flip down TV

I have an autoquest 180 and thinking about installing a flip down tv underneath the cab bed so my daughters can watch dvds while traverling can anyone tell me weather it would be easy to install or would i be better to use a 12v tv on a flipdown bracket.
Also can anyone tell me should the dinette table be put away when travelling . Many thanks.
