£10500 caravan,28 faults but no refund!!!

Hi march 17 mail on sunday features an article by Tony Hetherington who championed the cause of a customer who had bought a caravan from" Wandahome" which turned out to have 28! yes 28 faults and the stealer would not give the purchaser a refund!!!.Fortunately
the purchaser used his credit card and the trading standards suggested that he claim of the card company!!! they of course refused his claim until Tony Hetherington contacted them on the customers behalf the credit card company Tesco Bank offered £9000  refund
which was accepted .The customer says he is putting this money towards a newer more expensive caravan NOT WITH WANDAHOME i sincerly hope!!
