The rally centre structure, both District and Regional rally centres were set up many decades ago when the CC was a actual club and the majority of members liked to rally. The CC has changed dramatically since then but the CC has not moved on regarding their
communication with the membership. Although most CC members do not rally now and never have a need for the rally centres, CC head office has not set up a communications path for the majority. This means that the representation from rallying minority  controls
the direction that the CC is progressing, to the detriment of the majority. What do members think?.
