The warden and his wife.

Why do we only read about " the warden and his wife" on this forum. 

In this Era of Political Correctness and Diversity, surely the warden team should be referred to the warden and his/ her partner. 

As the CC is an equal opportunity company the partner could be of either gender. In my opinion a Lesbian couple or a Homosexual couple could equally be managing any CC site as wardens.  And why not !!!

Let's be a bit more welcoming of the principle of inclusiveness..
