Keep Ebola in Africa

News this morning that somebody who was in  Africa has brought Ebola back to the UK. 

Have  we not learned any lessons about " isolate and quarantine"  This should be done before anybody is allowed to leave Africa. 

We  must put the health of the uk population first and foremost. .
