Troutbeck seasonal pitches

We were thinking about applying for a seasonal pitch at Troutbeck for next year. When I asked the warden for more details I was told that despite the website and the printed sheet (enclosed with the magazine) describing them as serviced pitches this was
no longer the case. She had no idea which part of the site the seasonal pitches would be located in or what the fee would be. Surely this should have been decided before we were invited to appy for something which is no longer available. It could influence
what people choose as first or second choice or in our case whether we apply at all. We have a new website but not up to date information.
