Tow bar 12S socket via self switching smart relay.

Could I pick some brains please.

At the weekend I am fitting my tow bar with a 12S socket and using a self switching smart relay,

The relay has these connections.

-VE Earth

Switched O/P

Permanent O/P

Switched O/P

+12v Input

+12v Input

In my mind this is how I would wire it, could someone confirm or correct me if needed.

-VE Earth. -- Self explained, to vehicle body.

Switched O/P -- Blue wire for caravan batt charging.

Permanent O/P -- Green wire Perm fused feed

Switched O/P -- Red wire for fridge

+12v Input -- Fused wire direct to battery

+12v Input -- Not sure?

Whilst wiring yellow wire to reverse light and black to earth..

Sorry must add, white and black to earth.
