Hartal door lock/handle
Hi folks
We have a 2009 Lunar Clubman ES. On our last break (sadly last year - we've not been able to get away yet in 2016 
) as we checked the van over on leaving it for storage, the exterior door handle "gave way" and is now holding on by about 50% of it's internal fixings.
It's probably overzealous checking that it's locked that has done this, and although we've been happy enough that it's secure whilst in storage, we're worried that when we use it again, it might snap off completely. If we happen to be returning to the van from a walk say, then it won't be a problem, as you can open the door by turning the key. And if one of us is inside, then it's also fine. But we can envisage a scenario where the door gets shut while we are both outside, with all windows shut and the keys in the van - and that's when we'd be stuffed!
So, we clearly need a new one. It looks like the second and third ones in this link

At £52,95, these are the cheapest we have found, but interesting that the two on this page mention Bailey and Swift. I'd not have thought they'd be different depending on van maker, but you never know!
I'd like to think that assuming we can get one at a good price, it'd be an easy enough job to swap the lock barrels over? We have already moved from one-key to two-key setup for our van after we had a new battery box cover fitted, and the dealer neglected to swap the barrels and had thrown the old one away before we realised..... Grrrr!
Does anyone know of any caravan breakers that might be able to help with this part? Or is that false economy? (as in, older unit, already going stiff and prone to snap, and perhaps not saving much). Or does anyone know where I can actually get on for £52.95 (link above always seems to be out of stock!) or less?
Any advice anyone can offer will be very much appreciated!
