So what happens to Emails that don't get answered
Has the inbox a 'rule' set up to automatically get sent to the deletion folder, put in the towering intray for future attention or dismissed as trivial.
I have Emailed Ro twice now and asking if it is not her concern would she pass it to the appropriate department, I'm only looking for acknowledgement that it has been received at this stage or am I being impatient after 10 days.
Of course if that person is away should I expect an automatic out of office reply ?
