Unladen weight

We have searched in vain for a weighbridge in this area-even Trading Standards could not help us! Does anyone know how we can find out the unladen weight of our Fiat Ducato 785F [or does anyone know what it is]? We need to down grade the weight to the original
3.5 tonne but need to know what payload we'll have. thanks.
