Some areas are still on Dial-up speeds.
How can companies or households cope with download speeds of 2 Meg or less.
Where I live the average is around 13/14 meg and that works ok for domestic use . My friend who works from home, has F/optic and is regularly achieving speeds of 70/80 meg. Mind you he does say that some websites, the older ones, are incapable of sending data at that speed so the advantage can be nulified.
Surely, as internet access is important to businesses and families the target should be, that no user has any less than 10 meg download and 800k upload.
