New England bay

Hi all we were going to Bunree in May but after reading about how difficult some of the roads are at the moment we have rebooked to go to New England bay, does any one know what the roads are like for towing after the motorway M6. Our kids have grown up I work in education and have to take hols in peak times we are at an age where we like quiet sites is the site quiet and what is there to do in the area thankyou?
