ALDE Heating Systems

I'm desperately seeking help, information or guidance from anyone who has knowledge of Alde heating systems.

My problem is that I have a brand new Bailey Unicorn Seville caravan which has a fault in the heating system. The system does work, but it has to be bled three or four times a day to keeping it working. It seems that air is somehow entering the heating circuit
causing air-locks that are large enough to stop the flow of glycol. At the moment the dealer's technicians have not yet come up with a solution and I'm told that Alde have no service agents / engineers in the UK.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
