Caravan Club advert - giving the right impression?

I've just been on the caravantalk website. Whilst there a Caravan Club advert popped up saying "The caravan club where bookings are free and members can cancel bookings up to 72 hours before the booked date."

Great ! Even more people encouraged to block every weekend and then cancel a few days beforehand.
