Decorating!

Having just picked up our new (but very old) caravan this weekend, I am keen to give her a smart new look!

She is 17 years old and although she is in very good condition rooms such as the bathroom/toilet need a bit of a make over.  I am thinking of giving her a new coat of vinyl wallpaper but would like some advice/warnings on what i can and cant do.....please
can anyone help me?
