Fixing door screen on Hymer caravan

the sliding mesh door screen on our Hymer has 4 horizontal cords which seem to hold it tense when pulled across.

somehow the next to bottom one has come undone and we have a large loop of cord now hanging from the top.

any idea how we can fix this? 

Have had a look and the whole thing seems to be in a cassette structure, but no make nor obvious way of removing it. Anyone help?

    It is a complicated system, go back to your dealer and ask for help or you could get yourself in a tangle......Peter
