Whale water system

I have a whale water system on a 2014 compass corona I am on start bay caravan site and the water is pouring out of the inlet point where the pump plugs in and is also leaking under the bed behind the inlet,I have made sure the pump is located properly and
locked into place by the cover,this is the first time I have had a problem with any water system,I am still getting water to the taps just seems like more water is coming in than going out ,can anyone help.
