% Refunds yes or no?

We are currently staying at cc barnard castle, for the last 3 days the site has been having problems with the water supply so showers working sometimes not others, wardens are aware and doing all they can, have contractors on site trying to rectify problem,
3 days though! In these situations we are paying for services that are not constantly available and wonder if in these cases we should be refunded a part of fees?
