Is it me?
Hi, We have just returned from a half term break at Ferry Meadows. It's the first time I have stayed on a club site and the first time I have gone during a school holiday. I used to caravan several years ago with no children and would often stay on adult only sites, now i have a young child so obvoiusly my site requirements have changed. The wardens and site is lovely and shower/loo block clean(to start with) and more spacious/better than I expected. I could not however believe the state to toilets were left in by the say 7.30pm (ladies as can't comment on the gents). Loo roll all over the floor, used loo roll on toilet seats, cardboard toilet roll innards all over floor, items not placed in sanatary bins properly etc. I could go on. Is it only me finds this unacceptable? I'm guessing (hoping) it's the kids, what do they do at home? What have their parents taugh them? I'm sure I have read on CC leaflets to sites that children should be supervised whilst in the 'facilities'. Is it me who has too high expectations?
